Timezone & Availability
Hire developers in India and the timezone is the first question. Ours is IST (UTC+5:30), with 4-6 hours of European overlap and morning overlap with the US East Coast. We're an offshore team that's async-first by habit, so nothing blocks on a timezone.
Communication
Slack or Teams for daily communication. Weekly video calls for sprint demos. Notion or Linear for project tracking, or we plug into the tools you already use.
IP & Code Ownership
You own everything we build: code, designs and documentation. From day one, not after final payment. We sign NDAs before discovery if you need one.
Tech Stack
PHP (Laravel, Filament), JavaScript and TypeScript (Nuxt, Vue, React, Node), Python (Django), Java (Spring), C# (Unity). The systems can be built in any of them; the stack follows the problem, not habit. On an existing codebase, we work in what's already there.
